after going out for so many days, its time for belle to rest at home again!
grand aunty siu mei came to visit belle today!
belle's activities for the day is to sleep, drink milk milk, pee, poo, bathe and sleep, drink milk milk, pee, poo, etc...
oh, she made some new friends too! carrot and penguin! haha.

i had dinner with ada and pam in june (i think is june. lol)
pam said that she wants to smell my baby when she arrives!
so... today, pam and ada dropped by to see belle.
we had a good time catching up and laughing at the things which we did in pri sch. haha.

i'm offically 26!
how time flies! getting older and older each year!
i had a simple steamboat dinner at home with my family and six+one+one!
though it is my birthday.. belle is the one who is receiving gifts and not me!
tsk tsk tsk... my priority dropped. haha
belle is my queen now! lol.

granny, grandpa and sok sok are back from Langkawi and they came over to visit belle
not much activities today...
belle just sleep, drink milk milk, pee, poo, bathe and sleep, drink milk milk, pee, poo, etc... hehe

--090910, thu (19 day old)--
granny and sok sok came over today.
we had nuggets and fries for dinner! yum yum!
been quite some time since i had fries!
ever since i gave birth to belle, my taste bud changes back to the old me! hahaa
when i was pregnant, my taste bud just like to eat something light and i hate fried food!
now.... i am back to normal! i crave for friend items!
sharrkkks... i am prettyy sure i'll put on weight again!
need to cut down!

TGIF! though everyday seems like a friday to me.... haha
i still TGIF coz daddy can spend the next 2 days with us!
belle is growing very fast!
the newborn PJ which granny bought for her seems a little too small for belle already!
she fit in very well horizontally but we can see that she is not very comfortable vertically! haha.

po po went for a day tour to malaysia...
granny, grandpa and sok sok came over and all of us went to ikea!
this is the first time which belle visits ikea!
i am pretty sure she will like to visit ikea in future as it is very child friendly and they have playgrounds!
personally, i love ikea too. hehee
i love the food and i love to buy things there!
its soooo pretty!

in memory of my Tiffany

3 years back, sng sng bought me my first Tiffany...
sad to say, i lost the pendant yesterday!

the pendant is quite loose and i have dropped it many times before (however, i always manage to find it in the end)
but.. yesterday was the day which i never manage to find it back.

i am pretty upset over it as it meant alot to me. haiz.
i don't know where i have dropped it.
most probably i should have dropped it at cafe del mar.
thank goodness i still have my braclet...
if not i'll be super duper triple upset!

haiz. i just can't describe how i really felt inside.
probably i should comfort myself by telling myself...

2nd week of Chrystabelle's life

today is the first sunday which belle spend at home.
my godma, god sis, nieces and nephew came over to see belle.
ever since germaine is born, we do not have any small baby in the family.
after 9 years... belle is the first baby!
everyone loves belle belle alot and wants to carry her. hehe
she is just like our new toy!

after they left, we brought belle out to view a flat.
unfortunately, something bad happened to daddy.
his index finger got smash by the car door. poor thing.
it really hurts alot... the entire nail turns black.
belle sayang daddy and hope that daddy will get well soon.

we brought belle back to granny house!
showed belle our room and brought her downstairs for a walk. hehe.
i just can't wait to bring belle for a swim!
hopefully by 3 months, she can hit the pool! :P
that will be just so fun and enjoyable!

--300810, mon (9 day old)--
daddy is still on leave as we have lots of things ongoing this week!
daddy, belle, po po accompanied me for check up at M Tan's clinic.
M Tan said that i am recovering pretty well and i got my stitch removed.
i can feel that my wound is recovering too as it does not hurt as much now.

after check up, we went to thomson plaza for dim sum lunch with granny and grandpa.
yummmmy! i love dim sum!
belle is a good girl! she slept throughout and let us enjoy our lunch!

eric gor gor came over in the afternoon as well.
he bought for belle a very nice sneakers!
it is too big for belle but when we put it on her feet, she looks very cute on it!

oh yeah! belle's umbilical cord drop today as well!
hurray! it recovered very well!

--310810, tue (10 day old)--
today is belle's turn to go for check up.
Dr Keoy said that belle is well now! hurray!
no more jaundice! hurray!
next visit to Dr Keoy will be when belle turns 2 months old!
it will be time for injection...

we walked over to united square for lunch at swensens after the check up.
belle's party is about 20 days away but we have already bought her a set of clothing to wear at the party!
its sooo sweet!

--010910, wed (11 day old)--
finally! i get to eat my favourite mc donalds big breakfast! yummy!

we woke up very early today as belle had a photo shoot today at home!
she is a very good girl!
as the shoot requires her to be sleeping, belle slept throughout!
however, on and off, she cries a little as she feels uncomfortable.
everyone loves the pose in her photos.
its simply soooo adorable!

oh yeah. today is the first time which belle suck the pacifier.
she seems to be doing well with the pacifier in her mouth.
when she suck, the pacifier will move and we can hear the sucking sound!
so cute!

--020910, thu (12 day old)--
daddy finally go back to work today.
he misses belle alot at work! hehee.
i am very sure i will miss belle more when i go back to work!

today we didn't do much.
just stayed at home with belle and rest!
i took a photo of belle drinking milk milk.
i cannot stop laughing because she looks like crayon (la bi xiao xin 蠟筆小新) in the photo!

--030910, fri (13 day old)--
my godma came to see belle today with yi ma and cynthia jie.
they just can't stop praising belle.
hehee.. they kept saying that belle is very pretty!
thank god for giving me a beautiful daughter!

--040910, sat (14 day old)--
we brought belle to compass point today!
had lunch at pizza hut and half way through, belle poo...
we were looking for a baby changing "bed" but couldn' find any in the toilet...
i got sooo frustrated cause they didn't have any!
thank god some kind souls could see that we were looking for baby care room and she told us that it is on level 4..
from B2, we quickly took a lift up!
after this.. i finally learnt my lesson!
if i want to bring belle out, i must do research on that shopping centre!
check out if it is child friendly or not and check if they have baby care room!

we wanted to buy tommee tippee bottle for belle but didn't managed to get as we have visitors at home!
jody's godma came over to see belle.
this is the first time which belle meets her senior gu ma!
as usual... she sleeps when visitors come to our place! lol.

this is the day which belle came into our lives.
she is a adorable and lovable little girl which god gave us.

grandpa, sok sok, gong gong and po po came to visit.
later in the evening.. many aunties and uncles from six+one+one and sgt came to visit as well.
everyone has been waiting to see our little girl!

mummy and daddy are physically tired.
been up since 5am... after more than 19 hours without beauty sleep...
its time to rest and recharge!

more grand aunties, grand uncles, aunties, uncles, jie jie and gor gor came to visit today!
oh.. granny finally rushed back from KL to see belle!
belle is a very good girl.
she just sleep and sleep and sleep.
even though she's been transfered from one arms to another, she doesn't cry at all!
thank god!
what i have prayed for just come true!

--230810, mon (2 days old)--
belle's PD, Dr. SS Keoy, came to visit us in the morning.
he said that belle has a little bit of jaundice.
they brought belle for blood test... if jaundice level is high, we will not be able to discharge.
daddy and mummy hopes that 3 of us can go back home today...
we wait patiently for the phone call from Dr. Keoy..
finally he called! belle can go back as her jaundice level is only 10.9!
if more than 12, she needs to stay for another day.
12pm, off we go! home sweet home!

belle cried non stop at night.
we have to pat her and hold her in our arms till she slp.
i thought it was a change in the environment...
so i tried all sorts of method to make her feel comfortable.
the night seems so long... the way she cry can wakes the entire neighbourhood up! :P

--240810, tue (3 days old)--
Dr Keoy said that belle needs to go sun bathing.
early in the morning, po po, brought belle down to sun bathe as mummy and daddy were too tired looking after belle the night before..

granny came in the noon and realise that belle is a little yellow...
since we came home from hospital, belle didn't poo much.
i got a little worried and decided to call Dr Keoy.
we went down to his clinic as we were worried that the jaundice might have got more serious.
indeed, it went up.
Dr Keoy said that belle didn't have much to drink.... hence she has nothing to poo.
my heart just ache when i realise that belle didn't drink well for the past few days as my supply for BM (breast milk) is low.

we brought her to TMC for blood test and my heart ache more when they inject the needle into her tiny little feet.
she cried a little but stop after the blood test was over.
Dr Keoy called and inform us to admit immediately to do phototherapy as the jaundice level is 17!
since the therapy is done in our room, we decided to stay with her and watch over her 24/7.
haiz. we just discharge yesterday and now the sngs need to re-admit into the hospital.

we decided to feed belle formula after she finish drinking 20 mins of BM..
i would say that my girl is really very obedient.
i am so blessed to have a daughter like her.
daddy fed her 30ml of enfalac a+ and she managed to finish all in less than 15 mins!
my little girl must be hungry! haiz
i feel so guilty and heart ache that she has not been "eating" well.
we hope that belle will be able to discharge tomorrow.

--250810, wed (4 days old)--
Dr Keoy came in the morning to check on belle.
jaundice level is 13 and she needs to stay for one more day.
haiz. how i wish my little girl can go home but we can't!
good news is... from 3 lamps, now belle only required 2 lamps.
all day long, belle just do her "spa" and we both just stayed in the room to accompany her, hoping she will get well soon!
tomorrow will be daddy's birthday...
hopefully we can all go home tomorrow and celebrate daddy's birthday!

--260810, thu (5 days old)--
happy birthday, daddy!
hipo hip hurray! we can go home today!
belle's jaundice level drop to 10.1! weeeeeeee
she's been "eating" well, "pooing" well!
each time she poo and pee, we just feel so happy cause it flushes away the jaundice! hehee
thank god!

finally back home!
belle is doing well and we celebrated daddy's birthday at home today!
daddy's best gift this year is belle, our beloved daughter!

--270810, fri (6 days old)--
daddy and mummy woke up very early today!
we brought belle down for "sun bathe" and we took a walk around our neighbourhood!
belle seems to look better after her tan.
she no longer look yellow but now she look tanned! hehe

we continued to feed belle formula and she seems to like it very much.
from 30ml, we increase to 40ml...
on top of that.... she is still drinking BM!
daddy says that she is our drinking machine!

--280810, sat (7 days old)--
belle is a week old today!
daddy is too tired, hence mummy alone, brought belle down to sun bathe!
i put belle in her "over size" stroller and she look so cute!

today, more grand aunties, aunties, uncle, jie jie and gor gor came over to visit belle.
she is a fortunate baby!
so many visitors, so many gifts and so many love! hehe.
thank god for everything!

what a coincidence... once i finish blogging the last entry... i felt contraction!
whahahaa... baby can sense that i am blogging about her and she can't wait to see us!

--21 August 2010--
i was suppose to meet up with yo and teng to chill on a fri night..
but i was too tired. so i slept from 9plus till 11pm.
woke up... laze around, facebooked, surf net, blogged...
2.30am, sng sng and i went to bed...

my tummy felt painful but i know that its not the kind of pain which i had something to poo..
i guess it is contraction.. but still unsure...
around 3am.. i WhatsApp jolene, jody's sis..
she told me that it might be contraction and ask me to time the interval.
if it keeps coming, better to call up the hospital for advise.
i couldn't slp as the contraction came every 10 mins!
its like having diarrhea.... the pain come and go.. felt like my tummy is a "washing machine" spinnig every few minutes...

i called TMC (Thomson Medical Centre) at 3.30am and the nurse asked me to go down.
i didn't want to as i thought it might be false alarm... so i told her that i will monitor myself and visit my gynae the next morning...
however, if contraction comes every 5 mins... the nurse advise me to go to TMC immediately.

4am.... the contraction came every 5 mins!
i got panicked and couldn't wait till the next morning...
so i woke sng sng up and we head to TMC, without showering, eating, sleeping!
we sneak out quietly around 4.45am as we didn't want to wake my parents up and make them excited till they can't slp. hehe.
when i called them around 7am... they were shocked/worried but happy to hear the news
my mother in law just went to KL on friday morning..
so i text her and she called back telling us that she will rush back on sunday. lol.
this little baby of ours is really very precious! she makes everyone soo excited!

we arrived at TMC around 5am... they took my pressure and did all the checks..
next moment.. they just told sng sng...
"okie... you can proceed to do admission."
omg! i thought it was just a simple check up.. i never expect to be admitted!
it was a mixed feeling...
i felt scared cause the pain which i been anticipated for 9 months is coming...
on the other hand.. i also felt excited cause baby is really arriving in the next few hours!

since 5am.. i didn't slp or eat at all!
i was too excited.. so i can still tahan without food and slp...
when there is no contraction.. i can facebook! hehee.
everyone thinks that i am crazy!
in labour and yet i can still facebook.
to be frank... when there is no contraction.. i felt normal..
but when contraction hits me every few mins.. i curl up and kept quiet..
since labour time is sooooooooo long... best is to do something relaxing when u r in labour to divert your attention from contraction!

around 7 plus 8am, my gynae, M Tan came to break the water bag...
i told her i am super hungry and she said i can eat something light but the nurses didn't give me anything at all!
she asked if i would like to have epidural...
i said no as alot of people advise me not to take it.
since the pain is still bearable... i told M Tan to give me another 2 hours to consider..
time seems to pass very fast that day...
blink blink... its 10am...

sng sng can tell that i am in pain... (bearable pain) and he asked me to take epidural so that i will feel better.
it took me quite some time to say yes....
anaesthetist, Dr Lee Lillian came and gave me the jab.
she is very nice and very gentle...
i never regret taking epidural!
though i am scared of neddles.... i would say the injection is not that painful...
probably because contraction already made me feel "numb". lol.
so when Dr Lee inject the epidural, i just felt a little pain.
the moment the medication was in me... i felt so much better!

my advise to all natural birth mummies is...
pls take epidural.. though some ppl say you will have back ache, etc, in your future years...
just take epidural first... as it will shorten labour waiting time and you feel so much more relax and relieve!
i could smile and fool around instantly.
contraction? no more.. hehe..
though i am having contraction... i can't really feel it!
how wonderful!

2 plus... M Tan came to check on me again..
i told her that i am really very hungry and she questioned the nurses why they didn't feed me!
i bet the nurse forgot about it but she came up with a lame excuse saying that i am in pain and she didn't want to feed me cause i might throw out...
rubbish!!
anyway... after being in hunger for that long... they only gave me 3 crackers and half cup of milo!

by 4 plus.. it was time to push...
1, 2, 3... 10, PUSH!
pushing is just like shitting. whahahaaa...
this is the most tiring part as i need to hold my breath and push real hard!
but i felt that pushing is quite fast... probably because i have already waited for close to 11 hours. lol.
i think i only push for like 30 mins max.

when i was pushing... M Tan wasn't around..
in movies/tv shows... i always see gynae around when the mummy is pushing.. lol
so i wonder why M Tan is not here... and the midwives are the one who kept "pushing" with me...
however... the moment M Tan stepped in...
with just one push... baby is out!
Thank god!

i felt so relieve the moment i saw my baby...
sng sng nearly teared when he saw baby but he controlled. hehee
my husband is such an emotional guy!
i was too tired to teared but the moment i carried my baby girl... i just can't believe that we are proud parents!
i like the feeling when i look at her... its very special...
she is a gift from god which we can't buy using money.

FYI, i waited for good 12 hours but its all worth while!
our bundle of joy, Chrystabelle Sng Jia En finally joins our family!
may god bless her to be a healthy and happy baby!

ita a mix feeling now!
i am scared but excited too.
just a few days more and ss will arrive!

went to the gynae today and i am very happy with my weight gain!
its the least that i have put on. whahaa.
from last week to this week... i have only put on 0.3kg despite eating so much!
if you are wondering how much i have put on....
its 13.8kg over 38 weeks!

ever since last weekend, i've been very excited about ss arrival.
everyday i will wonder when she will arrive.
EDD is 30 aug... though i hope she will arrive on 1 sept....
i wouldn't mind if she arrives earlier too!
these are the dates which i hope her birthday will fall on...
20 Aug - our wedding anniversary is on 20 Sept. i like number 20! this date is impossible already.
24 Aug - our dating anniversary is on 24 July. i like number 24!
26 Aug - sng sng's birthday! wouldn't it be nice to share the same birthday as her dad? best gift for dad!
if ss is still very comfortable inside my tummy... i hope she will stay that way all the way till 1 sept. whahaaa.
1 sept is the date exactly in between sng sng and my birthday!
thats why i hope she will arrive on 1 sept so much!

coming wednesday will be my last day at work before my 16 weeks of maternity leave starts officially!
don't be jealous... 16 weeks pass very quickly!
i wish 16 weeks will never come to an end. lol.

24th July is a special date for me.
the day which jody and i became a couple. hehee.

its pretty "amazing" or should i say rathering "surprising" that we will end up together after we left school for like 3 or 4 yrs...
we were from the same secondary school but was never in the same class.
from what i can recall.... i don't even think we spoke during our lower secondary school days!
we only spoke like after sec 3 which was year 1999...
he graduated in 2001 and i graduated in 2002..
2005... we met again.... not too sure how... but i can only recall that we went clubbing almost every weekend. lol.
thats how we got closer and started to have feelings for each other. lol.

life is really unpredictable...
from strangers, we became couple...
eventually got married and built our little family!
5 years may seems very "short" to develop a relationship which turned into a marriage.
to me... time is not an issue.
being happy/loved, comprising and enjoying each other's company is the most important.
if you think that the person is the right one... cherish!

anyway, yesterday was our 5th year dating anniversary!
during our wedding last year, Grand Hyatt, gave us a wedding anniversary stay!
as our wedding anniversary will fall during my confinement, we decided use it on our dating anniversary instead!
sounds good right? wedding anniversary stay during our dating anniversary! hehee.

we didn't do much yesterday...
just check-in to the Hotel, had lunch at jody's favourite restaurant at lucky plaza...
headed back to the Hotel and spend the rest of the day/night in our room.
we are pretty fortunate actually.
Grand Hyatt gave us the Duplex Suite during our wedding and yesterday we had the Grand Deluxe Room which has a seperate living room and bedroom.
of coz... a spacious bathroom too!

was supoose to had dinner at Pete's Place or Mezza9.
in the end... we opt for in-room dining instead cause we couldn't decide which cusine to go!
we ordered pizza from Pete's Place, hokkien mee + onion rings from in-room dining, i think.
wonderful right? have the best of both world! :P
though there wasn't any service...
like what i say... being happy and enjoying each other's company is the most important!

rise and shine! we woke up at 8.30am in the morning..
took our own sweet time and had breakfast around 9plus...
breakfast was good at Straits Kitchen!
it was a looooong breakfast!
headed back to our room around 10plus and check-out at 1pm.
thats how we spend our 5th year dating anniversary!

For the first time....

..... i complain that its not easy being pregnant!
for the last 34 weeks, i was fine...
but today, i suddenly realise that it can be pretty tough being pregnant!

this morning was the first time which i had a bad cramp on my calf!
it hurts so badly that sng sng thought i wanted to give birth. whahaa.
i have been having cramps at my calf for the past few nights...
usually... i try to relax and the cramp will go away..
somehow this morning, the cramp hitted my calf. lol.
sng sng jumped up and quickly helped me to "stretch" and "relax" my feet...
after 30 secs or so.... i felt better!
i am pretty sure this will go on all the way till i deliver!

swell! yesss... i am swelling everywhere. lol.
feet swell, leg swell, fingers also swell!
i feel like a pig! swallon everywhere. tsk tsk tsk..
swell on my fingers started quite some time back...
i used to wear 3 rings... but now only 1 ring can fit into my fingers.
this week... i realise that i can't clinch my fist in the morning...
i think it is because my fingers didn't "exercise" when i slp and blood couldn't circulate..
so whenever i wake up in the morning, my hands will feel numb and i need to slowly open and close my fist.
i don't know how to explain the feeling... its something which i nv experience before.

ever since i fell at the road side, you all should know how clumpsy i am. wahhahaa..
now... i try to walk slowly and hold on to railings whenever i walk up or down the stairs. lol.
with my chop chop character... sometimes i just forget to hold on to the railings and tend to walk super fast down the stairs. whahaha.
i shall try to be more careful!

getting on and off bed is not easy!
especially with a 7.5" high mattress on top of the bed frame!
once i get on to bed... i just don't feel like getting down cause it is a hassel!
though it is a hassel... i still have to wake up between 3am-4am every morning to visit the loo....
this process can be quite tiring.. especially when you are half awake!
just like showering too! lol. super shag leh!
i can't stop panting after shower! serious!

my tummy is sort of in the way now when i lie on my bed..
mummy have bought me this support pillow for pregnancy... it did help a little!
as my tummy grows bigger each day... it will feel more tired each day too!
back ache is common!
regardless simmons mattress or whatever matress... back ache will still pay me a visit everyday. lol.
how i wish i can have a massage every day! :P

okie! enough of complains!
anyway, i survived 34 weeks of pregnancy....
so whats another 6 more weeks? heheee...
no matter how much "suffering" i go through.... its all still worth while! hehee

ss, i can't wait to see you!
i will definately miss yours kicks in my tummy!
for the next 6 weeks... i will cherish the time you spend in my tummy!

most drama pregnant-day

yesterday morning, dad's car tyre puncture when we were on the way to work...
i was waiting for him by the kerb side...
somehow, i duno how, i wanted to take a step down to the road...
and..... i fell!!!!
realllll drama!

i hurt both my knees! it bleed! haiz.
been a loooooong time since i last fell down so badly!
but thank god that i didn't fall all the way infront! i think i lean backwards when i fall... thats why i only hurt my knees.
both my knees hurts like madness but palms and tummy is fine!
seriously, it happended too fast till i cannot recall how i fell. hahaa

ss was real active ytd!
she kept kicking when i am at work...
this makes me a little worried too...
she dun really kick that much in the day but ytd was constant kicking!
i think she got a scared too!
praying hard that my little baby is alright!
another 6 weeks more!
i really can't wait to see her and cradle her in my arms!

but am just too lazy to look through the list :P
i must make sure that i get the "to get" and "to pack" list sort out by this weekend!

suddenly... i just feel very excited these few days. hehee
my due date is end aug... may sound pretty far...
but i just can't believe that my due date is just 9 weeks away!
i am soooo sooooo sooooo looking forward to it.
i don't know why. hahaa
perhaps...

1. i can't wait to see ss.
2. i can't wait to carry/play with ss.
3. i can't wait to stop working!
4. i can't wait to wake up every morning, enjoying 16 weeks of tai tai life!

my tummy is getting bigger and bigger each day!
last weekend, i just realise something....

omgggggggg... every night i must make an effort to apply cream.

everyone been asking me "how do you feel?"
well.. i feel the same...
no difference at all..
just that i feel something moving inside my tummy.
this is the best feeling.
i am very sure i will miss this feeling.
it is sooo amazing... out of the blue... something in my tummy will just move!
if you are wondering how it feels like...
take a massage "roller" and place it on your tummy...
switch it on and it feels something like that!

my tail bone is starting to ache and fingers/feet are starting to swell.
these are the changes which i see these days.
at times... i am really worried that i might fall clumpsly!
hopefully not! hehee.

9 weeks to go! i just can't wait for the day to arrive!

last week, we celebrated hui's birthday at my place.

everyone can't believe that i am about 6mths (27 weeks now) pregnant.
my tummy looks small but i heard it will grow bigger and grow super fast from 7mth onwards.
so far... i have gain like 4-5kg.
i wonder how much more i have gain since my last visit to the gynae on 14 may.
one of my worry now is... how am i going to get rid of all my KGs after ss is out?!
i am just so lazyyyyy :P
was suppose to do daily walks but i just feel like lazing around at home everyday after work.
shall make an effort to hit the pool soon! hahaha.

finally realised that i have abandoned my blog for a long long time. hahaa.
since i have gone on a hiatus for such a loooooong time... i really wonder will anyone visit my blog?

being in a blogger mode today, i cleared all the "unworkable" links on my blog and updated some new info!
i wanted to do a new template but... i gave myself an excuse that my design juice have dried up many years ago. haha

as we grow older each day, the things we want to do each year changes too...
pri sch days, i just dislike studying. i also wonder why i can't go out to work.
sec sch days, i enjoy spending time with friends and can't wait to hit the clubs.
poly days, mambo nights and blogging are what i love most!
now, i wonder why i have to work 5 days a week.... hahaa...
how nice it can be if i can laze around at home everyday, watching my drama series. hahaa

most of you should know that i am happily married by now...
life is still the same with the status "married".
it is no different as being "single/attached". hehehe.
however, life will change for sng sng and i in a few mths time.
yes! we are looking forward to the arrival of SS.
can't believe it that we will be proud parents soon.
thank god for giving us such a wonderful gift on the very first day of 2010!
now that i have a life living in me... i just can't wait for this little life to join our family!

i just don't know why i suddenly got the urge to blog. hehe.
can't believe that twenty O nine is coming real soon. there are still a couple of stuff which i have not done.
i dare not write down my to-do list cause i duno where to start from.
bascially, the important stuff like photo shoot, food tasting, GDL have been done. invitation all sent out. furniture, AD stuff have been bought. now probably is just pending with montage stuff, table seating, run through the programe again and lastly send a reminder to everyone.
kinda kan jiong now. hehee.
24 hours is gonna pass very quickly.... thats why i have told sng sng that.....
JOMEL ARE GOING TO HAVE A ONE MONTH CELEBRATION!!
from the date we tie knot..... it marks the beginnign of our one month celebration!
i want to do something nice every weekend (if possible, everyday!!!) hehe.

yesssss.. i have a superb 25th day!
it was a series of events!

friday night was a bday-cum-hens night for me by my sgers!
been 3 years since i last club!
i was sooooo "wow" by boiler! lol. yes... i sound like a mountain tortoise. wahaha
never the less, it was really a wonderful night spent with my girls!
though they made me drank soooo much, i was still able to tell myself to be sober and enjoy the fun in the club!
seriously speaking... its been a loooong looooooong time since i drank till i puke so horribly!
BIG thank you to ying n bon bon for the present. you 2 really know what i like!!
its very lovely and i'll definately make the album a "25th Melanie Day" photo album!

sat was well spent as i settle some of the stuff for twenty O nine.

sun morning was the band practice followed by a trip to the city to get some stuff for the ang bao box!
i just can't believe it that i am sooo dumb to spend 17 bucks on 2 silly 4metres long ribbons!
however, i must say that i am happy with the buy coz looking at the ang bao box....
i just feel very proud coz its hand made, with love, by me and sng sng!

in the evening, my ah ma, cousins, aunties and uncle came over to my place and we had a really nice seafood dinner!
big thanks to my dearest mummy and daddy for insisting on footing the bill. hehe.
i am just soooo fortunate to have all my family members celebrating my bday for me!
just before cutting the cake.... i had a "supply" (surprise).
i received 2 huge parcels from my six+one+one.
without unwrapping it.. i knew what it is! hehehe..
it is 6 massive frames for twenty O nine's guests to autograph on it!
after the clock strike 12.... another "supply" came!
it was seng!! hehee... he gave me a secret card and then he secretly come into my room with sng sng with a bday present!
he really know me sia... he got me a film camera!
peopleeeeee.. lets meet up one afternoon and snap snap snap more pics!!!

mon is ben niang (me) birthday!
sng sng had to work in the morning so i waited for him to end work around 12.
after that we had a nice lunch at PS and went to buy more stuff for the angbao box. wahahaa
this time... i bought like 4metre of ribbons too... and it only cost me about 4.50bucks!!

7 sept... is a simple day till we left PS...
sng sng brought me to a HOTEL!!!!
guess wad.... he sent me to the HOTEL to meet someone else!!
whose that leh?!!
its my six+one+one!!
short and sweet... it was a really WILD night!
its soooo soooooooo soooooooooooo happening!!
we eat, one drag, they dance, he strip, everyone drink and got drunk!
shall not say so much in details. lol. R21!

this is the best birthday ever!
so memorable and so fantastic!

Attended baby Vivien’s one mth party on sat!
the last time we saw Freddy and Kereen was during their wedding in nov 06!
now… their baby is one mth old already!
Its really nice to catch up with old friends!

Seeing both Freddy and Ziwei became father…. I felt really happy for them!
They used to be playful boys but now, they are like 24/7 baby sitter. Hahaha.

Take Ziwei for example… he was real playful back during sec sch days…
on sat… the moment I arrived at Vivien’s party, he has been carrying Damien.
That boy just simply can’t let go of his dad.
Ziwei really has the patience! Lol.
/me salute Ziwei!
I think I might just gets frustrated if my son wants me to carry him for so long hours!
Now that Damien has a little mei mei (Daphne) who just arrived few weeks ago… hopefully Damien will not cling onto his parents that much! :P

As for Freddy leh… its really funny to see the way he feed his first child.
He tried to disturb Vivien by removing the milk bottle away…
but… in the end.. one little cry… made him apologise and gave in to her. Hahahaa

Reflecting on all these, I really wonder what kind of father Jody will become. Lol. The wedding is not even over yet and Jody had already asked me when we will have kids! lol.
he must be kidding!!
Well.. kids are fun to play with if they are not mine! :P

bascially, its just not our day today...
got a parking fine in the moring... *damn*
had a hard time searching for parking lots during brunch...
after brunch... we went to collect some stuff...
parked our car downstairs for like 5 mins.. and the stupid parking fees was 6 bucks.
we were furious... called up the parking attendance..
they said the parking cost 6 bucks might be becoz the system didn't charged the feller who got out before us..
being a public holiday today... we couldn't get any refund. *damn*

anyway... hope things will get better for the later part of my day!
we are suppose to go down to digio and select photos.
had around done first round of selection...
from 300 pieces, we chop down to 80 pieces...
now... we are trying to chop down to 40 pieces!
thats a tough job man. 80 pieces are all of my favourite!
i wonder if sng sng will allow me to spend another 500 bucks on the photos.
tsk tsk tsk.. today is such an unlucky day...
i think i shall just cancel the appointment!
will visit digio another day!

the only light which light up my entire room is from here (points to the screen which you are staring at now)
hehee.. mummy just asked me to switch off all lights/power socket.
so.... i m only using the electricity for laptop in my room, while jody is using the fan.
mummy using the tv in the living room.
and dad is the most environmental friendly!
lol. he is sleeping in his pitch dark room with no fan/lights on. lol.

hahaa. mummy is sooo onz man!
i just overheard her telling her friend over the phone to switch off the lights from 8.30pm-9.30pm. lol.

I was supposed to pic blog. Lol. Somehow… I just stopped again.
Like I always said, since I starting working… life been soo busy and kind boring.
Everyday is just work n work n work, go home, shower, eat, watch tv and slp.
Same routine almost every day.
Weekend is time for me to recharge at home or short meet up sessions with friends.

Few weeks back, we celebrated my grandma’s BIG 80.
Was suppose to be a simple dinner but turned out to be a chalet :P
Stayed over with my cousins and we spent quality time together.
Had lots of fun in kids’ playground, par mahjong overnight, played kuku aeroplane game and bbq!
I think this is the first time which I spend such long hours with my cousins.
Its seems a little unusual but I love the feeling when I spend time with my family 

Last week, my furniture arrived.
I shifted everything out of my room and sng sng help to moved everything in.
Not much of changes in my room just that there are more furnitures now.
My study table is gone. So I have problem sitting comfortably when I use my laptop.
My back and butt is aching every night due to my posture..
Hopefully I can get something nice and not too big.
Part of my room is like a mini garage. lol. all thanks to sng sng!
Shall post the pics of my room soon and you will get what i mean.

Hmm… these few days, i am crazy over Korean drama series…
Recently I just finish watching this super old show “lovers in paris”
Now I finally understand why stephy jie can watch it over again! hehee i am tempted to do so too!
I would say this is not my top favourite show but some how the storyline of this show been running in my mind for days!
I complete the show (20 episodes) within 4 days :P
This show is about things happening in paris.. then they went back to korea... then 2 guys (one uncle and one nephew) like one girl... in the end... the uncle and nephew turned out to be brothers... sooo drama how??
hehee.. actually the nephew) also not bad looking leh!!
espcially when he shave off his mustache and cut short hair! soooooo cute!!!! hahaha
but.... i just keep thinking about the main lead(the uncle)!!
hahaaa. he is not handsome! But… somehow, I am attached to him by his charisma.
He is abit ben ben wan la.. he don’t know how to date a girl! lol. *slap forehead*
In the show, his actions are really super ben lor!
see liao also make me wonder how come now still got ppl date like that...
But… the way he protect the main actress, the way he react at work (typical story… he is the CEO), the way he become more romantic, makes me can’t stop thinking about him. Lol
Gosh… how I wish things like this can happen to me in real life! Lol.
I need to watch some new show!!! If not… I will just keep thinking about this guy. Lol.
Alright! I shall change my focus to flowers over boys now!

1. i love to take photos (i think everyone who knows me will definately agree. lol)

4. i don't eat vegetables since young but sng sng has taught me how to eat it. (i hate to eat, so my mum didn't force but sng sng just chuck it on my plate and eventually, i like it!)

6. i have a kind hearted mum. (my mum met an uncle (stranger) in the bus. he was on his way to the hospital as he has scalded his hand badly. mum gave him S$20 and ask him to take taxi to the hospital instead of continueing his bus ride)

9. i didn't know how to use cosmetic/makeup till i started working 2 years back.

10. i was a peer support leader and the best class chairperson in my level during sec 2. (mai siao siao... i class chairperson for 2 years oki...)

11. i love to bake/cook but i hate to clean up! (lol. told you i am lazy and messy!)

12. i shower and brush teeth at the same time! (hahaa.. i will brush my teeth while waiting for the conditioner to absorb into my hair)

13. i am still very rude to my dad but i am learning to talk nicely to him! (my dad dotes me toooo much till i climb on his head. lol.)

14. i cannot resist eating chicken wing! (i love bbq/fried chicken wings!)

15. i never like to play with barbie dolls (i play ma-sak ma-sak) and i never like to watch cartoon (i watch drama series) when i was young!

16. i always wanted to hold a fairytale/dream wedding since i was a little girl! (till now i still want lor! :P which girl dun wan right?)

17. i want to be a hip and young mummy! (hahaa.. when i was in sec sch.. i remembered that i always say that i want to go clubbing with my kids. lol)

alright! whatever has happened in 2008, shall be history...
i am too lazy to do a recap on what i did in 2008 :P (dun worry.. i will still do a picblog about dec 08. lol)

HAPPY 2009, PEOPLE!

though the media has mentioned sooooo many sad new...
i am sure 2009 is still gonna be a beautiful year for me coz...
(a) i am a quarter of the century old.... :P
(b) we will be getting SJM soon!
(c) sng sng and i are gonna buy an apartment!
(d) i am getting HITCH!

sometimes, i just can't believe that time just fly soooooo fast....
for a moment... i thought i just graduate from school...
next moment... i am already planning to get married....
but... i still feel like i am my mummy's little girl! :P
alright... back to reality... lol.

here are my resolution for 2009..

1. my family and i to stay healthy and be happy :)
my family is the most important to me...
i just want everyone to stay healthy and be happy.
*lord, pls take care of my family members and watch over me!*

2. have an enjoyable and memorable wedding.
i always wanted a fairytale wedding with lots of pink colour. hehee.
it will only come true if i have lots of s11. hahaha
so.... i shall be practical! :P
as long as everyone enjoys it, sng sng and i remember it for our lifetime, i will be contented :)
last but not least.... hopefully some people will make my dream come true la.. lol.

3. hold JoMel's 25th Birthday Party!
sng sng and my birthday are just 12 days apart...
so far... we have not celebrated any birthdays together.

first of all... today is my small jie jie birthday....
i would like to wish her a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and hope her day went well!

anyway... i feel sooooo proud of myself just before the december ends!
i finally managed to edit all the photos for november! *phew*

november is a loooooong month filled with lots of fun occasion.
kick off november with dennis & anne's wedding at Mandarin Oriental!
the food was really good.. standard is still the same as jolene jie jie's wedding!
i knew anne when i just finished my O levels... that was the time when i just started blogging.
if i didn't recall wrongly, the first time i saw anne was in TP! lol.
anne and yvonne are the first few blogger whom i knew and whom i can get along well!
though we are not the kind who meet up every month, somehow i have this "special" friendship with the 2 of them :P
they are actually very far away from me.. but somehow.. they seems sooo near.... hahahaha.
well well well... i guess we have seen each other feeling happy and sad over the years...
since i heard about anne getting married... i just felt really happy for her! :)
hopefully next, i will hear good news about yvonne getting hitch! :P
back to the denne wedding! :P
i guess all girls just envy the both of them.. hehee
dennis surprise anne by singing the song anne wrote...
after that... anne sang a song which she wrote specially for dennis!
thats just soooooo sweet! how i wish this can happen on my wedding. hahahahaa *dreaming again*
surprises!! all girls just love it sooo much! :P

next event would be my bestfriend's getting old day. hahaha
another year older but we are still like little kids!!
especially with ms kao bei and ms kao bu around... haha... we can get more crazy than kids! :P
as usual... our favourite place!
started off the party at top one ktv with a grand entrance song for yoyo.
we sang "we wish you a merry christmas!" for yoyo upon her entrance. hahaha

then... it was time for photo taking session!!
with six+one+one around... u need not worry that you photos can't be seen everywhere!!
and... benefit of going out with us is...
you need not bring ur camera.. hahaha
just by using sihui's camera... we took about 291 photos!!

half way through our singing session... sng sng came out with a stupid idea.. hahaha
and... it became soooooo funny when all of us started posing!!
yes.... we all posed with the door which looks like a "coffin". hahahaa

as the birthday girl is craving for buffet!

we had buffet dinner and ms kb's family came along with us too!
double celebration! it was zhili's mummy birthday too..

so.... we find our own programme. hahaha...
it was time for superrrrr band wannabe to action... hahaa

november is a month of wii gaming... haha

indeed, the wii wii people had lotsssss of fun!

last but not least... my november ended off with another wedding dinner :P
attended edwin and songlin's wedding at the legends!
we started off the day really early as sng sng was one of the "brothers"
songlin's "sisters" are really kind hearted. hahah
edwin got into the house really quick :P
for my wedding... i will ensure it will not be that easy for sng sng. hahhaa
he has to suffer before he gets to enter!! hehee.. dun mess around with my "sisters"!
hahaa... back to the edwin and songlin's wedding!
the couple is really cute. haha.. one of the wedding favour is....

i wonder if anyone of us did strike coz me and sng sng didn't had any luck :P
during the photo taking session... this group of colleagues are really WILD!

we ran from one table to another and another!

during deepavali holidays, i went for a short trip to genting with the sngs.
being a long holiday, there will definately be lots of singaporeans there.
indeed! we saw sooooo many ppl in genting! bon + cal, sihui, doris + jason and baby jamien! hehee..
so glad that we catch up with jody's ah yi just before we depart genting!

the last time which i went to genting was like.... 3 years or 4 years ago, during the kid's june holiday...
not much of changes... weather feels colder.. probably becoz its dec!
we were freezing like nuts when we arrived at 4am!
though it was cold but shiok! this is the kind of weather we will never get in SG! hehe..

we went to indoor + outdoor theme park, ripleys believe it or not, ktv (haha... we went to "be a star".. not the k "box". lol), shopping, eating and basically just enjoy this short break...
thank god that the bus ride there and back home was safe and sound!
somebody's bus broke down when she was on the way back lor :P thanked god that she still manage to get back safely! :P
well... now, i just can't wait for the next getaway to come!
when will it be leh??? haiz... only god knows.
hopefully we can arrange for another short trip to KL in Jan or Feb.
i'm sooooo looking forward to that!

we started off at potong pasir and then we travelled to queenstown!
then it was lunch...
and... off we go to punggol and seletar dam!
i am really happy that i found my "jetty". hehee
ytd.. the sea was really choppy.... the wind was sooooo strong and it was reallllly scary. hahaha
like wad i have said... though it was scary... but it was still very very fun! :P

ended the day around 6 plus...
went back home, unpack everyone and had dinner with teng and irene.
after a looooong day... finally everyone get to rest!

teng and jo 22nd birthday

on the day before the actual celebration, teng had a self-planned surprise party. hehee
she asked everyone out for ktv but we all told her that we wasn't free.....
but... end up.... all six+one+one (expect shan) turned up for the surprise ktv session!
yo, zhili, chris and i showed up with a cake surprise for teng n jo!
with the smile on their face, the pary was a successful plan!

the following day, hui came over to my place first.
we asked jo to meet up at teng house.
just before we go up to teng's place, we ordered kfc!
as usual, we camp downstair teng house and waited for the kfc guy to arrive.
paid him and ask him to pretend to ask teng to pay up. hahaha
that girl was shocked to see the kfc guy as she didn't order anything and something arrived.
she is really silly.... she knew that she didn't order anything... yet she wants to pay up! *ben ben man!*
lol.. then... the 2 of us showed up with my mayo prawny! :P
teng, jo, hui and i wiped out all the mayo prawns and left some chicken for sng sng who was waiting for us back at my place.
as usual, our favourite pass time...
taking photos! multi shot man! we all looked sooo silly but it was fun! :P

the girls didn't know what the plan of the day was...
so... we just drove them around :P
ended up at my place!

though the 3 of them were noob! they were great!
none of them fell and we actually survived the 2 hours session!
great experience! hope they really had fun!
we shall go ice skating some day again!

head off to upper east coast for italian food!

but ciao italia in perth is still the best!!!

after dinner, we gave the girls their presents!

gaming session for a few hours and we were all dead tired by then...
cause... we all stayed out till 5am on the night before and woke up like 11am the next day!
supppppper duppppper tiring but fun!

finally... we have come to the end of our birthday celebration for teng n jo!

zoo changed alot... it was undergoing renovation when we were there....
the rainforest park in the zoo should be opened by now.
we didn't managed to see much caused it rained half way...
but.... glad that the kids had fun :)
hehee.. look at mei mei's face... you can tell from her smile!! :P
she was the cool baby when we were in perth..
but.. when we see her in sg!! she is the adorable and smiley baby with cheeky smile!!
i love her sooooo much!!

sentosa was supposed to be on the same day as the zoo.
but on the day we went to zoo (just one day after the F1 race).... we woke up late and it rained it the afternoon during the zoo trip....
thats why we postpone sentosa to the following day :P
well... sentosa was much more fun than zoo..
we visited the underwater world, luge, dolphin lagoon and many more..
it was really fun!!
i guess yang yang enjoyed sentosa more than zoo cause i'm sure he had fun riding the luge!! :P
the weather plays a part too!! it was good!! sunny with nice breeze!
next trip to sentosa will be with sgers!
hope we will get together soon!

i miss yang yang and mei mei!!

well well well... i am back to my lazy mode again.. lol
have not been blogging for weeks!
so many things happened and many things are going to happen too...
things which had happened: yang yang and mei mei in SG, teng and jo's birthday, genting trip...
things which are going to happen: denne's (dennis and anne) wedding, yoyo birthday and many many more!

last month, my 2 sweethearts came to SG!
we are sooooo happy to see them and bring them out. hehee
these 2 really melt our heart! we love them so much!
elaine came with the kids and aunty angela a week or so earlier than basil..
though they stayed for 3 weeks... time just flies!!
how i wish we can have F1 every single month... so that they can come back every month! :P
while they were here... we went shopping and visited many many places!

Formula One Grand Prix

over the formula one weekend, the entire sales office was called to work at the corporate suites.
i was one of them who had to be part time waitress for 2 days!
well well well.... tiring but it was fun though!
had lots of fun serving at the suite, watching the race and enjoying walking around the circuit taking lots and lots of photos!

dun play play.... paddock club name tag sia... guests there pay like 7.5k per person.
hahaa.. i don't serve there la.. :P paddock is at the pits stop. i serve at the first turn :)
i serve at the club suite (level 2). think it cost like 3k per person.
as for sky suites (level 3) and access to the sky terrace (roof top), it will cost like 5k per person....

sng sng was invite to watch the race as well.
not too sure if i am lucky for not serving at the suite which he is in :P
he went on sat and was at the pits straight... good view!
i guess he enjoy eating more than watching... hahaaa
food is really good and we serve high tea, dinner and supper!
yummmlicious!

i must say that Singapore look really beautiful with the lights on...
cheers to the success of our very first night race :)

few weeks back, anne blogged about "What's the best gift that your parents gave you?"
my answer is "my family!"
it is the best gift on earth :)

the best gift which god gave to me is my MUM (also my dad la.. but mummies are always the kids' favourite one as compared to daddies)
my mum is the best mum on earth!
she always put our family on the top of her priority list.
none of us can compete with her when you compare the tons and tons of house work, love, care, concern and many more things which she puts into the family.
she never get sick of our nonsense, hardly gets piss off with us and is forver sooooooo cheerful and contented with what she has.
my mummy is unlike other mummies...
she is always the generous one who will buy us expensive toy or anything which we have been eyeing on... hahaa and will never demand for branded bags (like i do :P), latest mobile phones (like i alays do :P), going on holiday every year (like i always want to!) or more money from my dad and i (but she will nag at us for not helping with the house work.. hahaa)
the above determines how i "label" her as a superb mum! hehe

few weeks before my birthday, mummy been asking me what i want...
i knew what i wanted but i just didn't want her to spend a bomb...
its a really expensive toy but she just text me...
"we go buy la coz it is your birthday."
i am always the greddy one :P never fails to ask for more...
like what i said... mummy is always the generous one...
she never fails to give lesser and lesser...
being a "filial" dotter :P i waited patiently for the re-contract date to come....
so.... yesterday mummy brought me to buy the present which i have been waiting for months! hehee
i wanted to get samsung f480 as it is cheaper but thank god that m1 was having a roadshow at PS!
omnia was suppose to be S$538... but we had a really good deal!
so mummy said i should just buy omnia *wink wink*

and i got my dream phone :P

well... it is still in the box....
have not start to use it yet and i just can't wait to go home tonight and play with it!

day 1 :: thurday
the celebration started on thursays with S-Gers.
this is an annual event! :P
ah girl's birthday falls on 5th and mine falls on 7th... hence we always celebrate our birthdays together!
we had a mini celebration at mushroom pot!

special thanks to ying and bon for the birthday cake surprise!
really appreciate that! *muackz*
as we had our "private" room... its time for more photo taking sessions :P
we or should i say it me.... who will never get sick of taking photos. hahaa
ten or twenty years down the road, these are the most precious memories for me!

went over to jody's godma house for dinner after work.

after showering... i got another BIG surprise.

i can "see" that he really made an effort to "shop" for something really nice for me..
i really love the card alot alot alot lor...
and he also know i will definately like it. heheee
g-shock!!!! i love it!!! superrrrr cool lor...
though i dun use the function. haha... but i love the design of g-shocks.
its is soooooo sporty and sooo boyish :P

seeing all these things which sng sng had done for me... i felt really touched *blush*

day 3 :: saturday
went down to town to eat sng sng's favourite buddha jump over the wall.
i just don't understand why he love it soooo much :P
but... since he wanna go there... i won't say no. hahaa
cause... i can order my favourite shishamo as well!!! yummy!
after lunch... we went to marriot to collect the mooncakes
then... went to simei to collect MY birthay cake :P
and then..... we headed down to my godma house for MY birthday "party". hehee
my godma and godsis dotes me alot.
they are one of the best people whom god brought me to meet!
i had lots of yummy food that was cooked by my godma and of coz birthday presents from my lovely nieces!
though there isn't any BIG party this year.... small ones like this is already something which makes me feel really happy :)

i am really thankful for what my godma and god sisters had done for me over the years.
they are always there for me when i needed them and they never fail to look after me :)
here are a little something which the 2 little girls gave me. hehee
time really flies... they are already in primary school!
how i wish they were still 3 or 4 years old. hehee
qiqi gave me the flower and meimei drew 3 drawings for me.
hahahaaa. the drawing is really very very cute lor. hahhaa

day 4 :: sunday
thank god that this year they have stop the "must have" item (blind folding)
these bunch of people have been sooooo secretive!
they didn't tell me what is going on neither did they tell me when they are meeting me. hehee
so.... i just wait and wait for it to come. hehee
finally it arrived!
i was brought to top one ktv at bugis!
this ktv is supeeerr happening! the smoke effect in the room just bring back memories of mambo nights! :P
though the room was a little small for the 8 or 9 of us...
we still have aloooottttt of fun and nonsense! hahaa
having 24 donuts this year was a challenge when it come to blowing off all the candles. lol.
i can't remember i used how much breath to blow off all 24 candles. lol.
all i remember was.... all of them had a taste of my saliver. hahaha

after ktv, i was brought to suntec for my favourite korean bbq!
weeeeeee.... i have been craving for it for the pass few days and i finally get to eat it!
and here comes my present as well....
i really can't guess what they will buy for me as everyone seems busy on the week before my birthday!
to my surprise.... i am really really shock to see the green coloured box.
though i wrote it on my blog... but that was meant for sng sng to see!! hahahaa
and... i didn't expected to see it coming from them.
anyway, i am really touched to see the present and i felt sooooo bad to make them spend so much.
a BIG thank you to six+one+one.

after korean bbq.... we headed for ice-cream!
and they made me really shy when they sang the birthday song in swensens. hahahaa.
thank god that my back for facing the entire restaurant. lol.

we are hard-core photo freaks!

monday is back to work for everyone expect me and sng sng :P
so... we headed home early to rest :)

anyway, i am glad that she has recovered.
thank god for taking care of my mum!
god brought all of us closer to each other during this one week.
he made me realise that my mum is very very very important to me and i cannot live without her.
my mum is the BEST mummy on earth.

our "zhong eh" (leader of the "gang") got hitched last december :P
she is also the first sgers to get married. hehe
second sger getting married soon!
we'll never know if the third one might get married even faster than the second one. hehehe

so many things just happened in a short 2 weeks.
first was my trip to perth.
next was something really BIG is going to happen in my life.
lastly was the passing of my uncle.

i touch down on last last sat and it was the same day which my uncle was admited into the hospital.
the last time i saw him was before i left for perth.
he still look fine to me.
he was able to walk and use the computer but i never knew things will change so quickly.
he had problems walking to the kitchen or bathroom and he even had problem taking shower.
i guess it was the new medicine.
the new medicine just can't fight with the cancer cell.

i didn't went to see him on sunday but i am glad that i gave him a call.
though he couldn't speak much as he has breathing difficulties, he sounded okie to me.
i was suppose to visit him after work on monday, but i didn't went.
i receive an sms from my mum saying that my uncle's illness was serious but i didn't know that it was really that serious.
after dad visited my uncle on monday, he said my uncle was serious as well.
i remembered clearly what i told jody, "my dad always so kua zhang... my uncle is okie and he said till my uncle is so jia lat"

i was suppose to visit my uncle after work on tuesday but it never came true.
he left without seeing me.
i blame myself for not visiting my uncle earlier.
does he really dislike me so much that he don't want to wait for me?
my aunty called and i knew something wasn't really right.
haiz... i was metally prepared for what she was going to tell me.
its true, my uncle has left us.
yes, i am sad and i cried sliently without letting my mum know.
i really regret for not visiting my uncle earlier.
this was what happened before my grandma pass away as well.
i came back for holiday and i didn't pay her a visit in the hospital.
both of them left without seeing me or talking to me.
i always think that they are okie and they will be home soon.
why? why they can't come home?
why must they leave so soon?

haiz... my uncle baptise on monday and he left on tuesday.
perhaps this is really god's plan.
he brought my uncle to his home.
he do not want my uncle to suffer.
in god's home, it is a peaceful place filled with lots of love and the happiest thing about that place is...
thats the place where my popo is at,
that is the place where we will meet again one day in the future.

the wake went on smoothly as god had plan everything for us.
my family spent more time together over the 3 days and lots of friends and old neighbours drop by to bid good bye to my uncle.
i really want to thank my uncle for telling my mum not to cry and he is well prepared.
i thank my uncle for giving my mum the courage to live on.
my uncle may be rude to my mum at times but he is really a good brother to my mum.
even he was down with sickness, he never failed to visit my mum when she was hospitalised.
i thank god for giving my mum such a wonderful brother.

i really do not know how to explain my feelings.
i may look cheerful on the outside but each time i think about my uncle, i will feel upset.
yes, he may be irritating at times and we may always quarrel but i know he really dote me alot.
he buys things for me and he cares for me without showing it out.
till now, i still cannot accept the fact that he has left.
whenever i think about my family, i will feel weird that my uncle is not at home.
sometimes, i need to remind myself that my uncle is no longer with us.
when i am busy while mum is overseas, i depend on my uncle to buy food for my grandpa.
when i forget to bring my keys in the middle of the night, i depend on my uncle to open the door for me.
now, my uncle is gone, i have short of one person to depend on myself.

dear lord, please watch over my uncle and grandma
thank you for bringing away the pain which my uncle is suffering
thank you for letting him live peacefully from now on

i will always rememeber that you are my best uncle.
though we always argue, i know we always forgive each other and forget about it within a few days.

time always pass by soooo quickly.
now.... we are going into november already.

i was suppose to post all those photos which i took during my trip in june.....

5 sept: we had a mini birthday celebration for ms kaypo ng.
we were suppose to meet in cineleisure for dinner as kaypo wanted to eat western food.
but.... end up.... i ask them to try out this super old school restaurant in outram.
we had a hard time getting her present :P
end up.... we got her something which she already have :(
anyway... we hope she will like the gift we have got for her.
after the dinner, the 8 (kaypo, meng, me, jody, ying, wm, bon and cal) had a shock :P
the staff in the restaurant brought out the "suprise" birthday cake and he even sang a birthday song for kaypo. lol.
after the dinner, we chat for a while and headed back home.
happy birthday to kaypo once again.
hope you will stay forever talkative, bubbly and happy!

7 sept: its my birthday! so.... i am on birthday leave. hehe
shiok! no need to work.
seriously speaking... i can't remember what i did in the day....
i think i just stayed at home and rot till evening :P
then.... i was suppose to have dinner with my mum, dad, gong gong and jody.
but... end up... who knows.... a few of my parents friend were at the dinner as well. hehehe
my birthday always end up looking like my parents' birthday. lol.
after dinner.... i headed down to bishan to meet up with the rest for movie.
after a long day at work for them, i'm really glad that they still spend some time with my on my b-day.

thinking back.... its sooo funny... all 3 of them got me bags for my birthday :P
after movie, me, jody, jac, ying and wm headed down to geylang for frog leg porridge.

till now.... i still have not gone back there to eat it!
we shall go for supper this week end!

I'm back again. Heres a little update about my weekend.
Attend a sad and a happy occasion.

Last thur, i recevied a call from my god sister.
Sad to know that her cousin has passed away.
My tears rolled down as I was upset about his depart.
I have just saw him last last sat and i never expect that it would be the last time i will see him.
On wed evening, he was waiting for his wife in his car to end work.
She tried calling him but he didnt pick up the phone.
Who knows... in the end, some people just told her that his husband has pass out in his car.
some kids saw him passing out in his car and they called the ambulance.
as his car doors were locked, they had to call the civil defence.
the entire process took quite long. from 7 plus till 11.
everyone could not accept the fact that he has left us.
one moment he was fine but the next moment, no one knew that he have left silently.
alot of people attended the funeral on sunday.
i tried not to cry but i could not help it.
before we set off, suki told me that xinyi was crying.
xinyi is a one of my godsister's niece. she is pri 5 this year. she cried cause she is sad that her uncle has passed away.
so i ask suki, "do you know why xinyi is crying?"
she replied, "she sad, so she cry lor. i see her cry, i also want to cry."
i asked her, "why do you want to cry?"
she told me, "i am sad cause ah weng is not here anymore."
i always wonder, from what age then a kid will really understand that a person who pass away, will never ever come back.
from my conversation with suki and the tears in xinyi's eyes, i finally got the answer.
through this funeral, i have saw and understand alot.
pls cherish what you have and take good care of your health.
life is short, live happily and be grateful to the people around you.

alright... i am very grateful to my polymates.
they took time to organise a little "suprise" for me.
sat, we met around 6+ in the evening.
we had something unique. hahaa. picnic at upper seletar reservior.
i had my first birthday present/suprise. its a board with a birthday card and polariod pictures of the people who was present.
we had so many food that we could not finish it on time. lol.
the sky starts to turn dark by 7.30pm.
then.... came the second suprise. its my hello kitty birthday cake!!!
they sang birthday song for me, i made my wish, blew off the candles and swop to the 2nd location.
we went to jolene's house to cut the cake.
then.... came my BIGGEST suprise. lol.
as a child, we always love to play blind-man.
I became a "blind" woman on sat night.
they blind fold me and made me walk out of jolene's house and into the kiangz and yoz car and i was kidnap to some place. lol
i could not sit still in the car as they did not want to tell me where they are bringing me to.
so.... the yoz suffer by me messing her hair and that chinchilla got fustrated by me moving around in the back seat. lol.
some "drivers-by" kept staring at us but we just can't be bothered. lol
so..... the next moment when i got off the car, i could feel air-con.
i knew i was in some shopping center as i could hear sound coming from some big tv screen.
i thought i was in cineleisure but.... i was wrong.
they ask me to take a sit and i found myself sitting on a swing. lol.
you are so right if you said "balcony"
yup. i found myself being kidnap to the balcony bar.
this group of friends of mine does not like to club or go to such place.
they know how much i love visiting these places, hence they sacrafice. lol.
they brought me to places where i want to go.
thats really sweet of them.
then... came my third birthday suprise. hehee.
its my birthday present.
they've got for me a braclet from citigems.
feel sooo touched.
i would like to say a BIG thank you to my dear friends, the yoz + kiangz, chinchilla, weishan, jolene, felicia and the 2 person (sugar and chris) who did not attend. hehe

1. went to desaru and bangkok.

7. celebrated chestley and bentley's birthday at their home.
8. last but not least.... 2 yrs anniversary. hee.

august...
9. went to batam for a short trip with jody. took plenty of photos but all gone due to the stupid transfer error.

10. celebrated my paternal grandfather's birthday, had dinner at my aunty's place.
11. celebrated jody's birthday with our gang of friends. we had dinner at ivins followed by movie.... rat-ta-too-ee

it was the toy which he has been eyeing for a long time. hehee.
well.... after much consideration, i have decided to get it for him secretly.
i wanted to wait till sunday then give him his present.
but..... in the end..... he got his present on the same day which i bought the present.
thinking back.... it was really funny. haha
before i could give him his present, he took out a green coloured paper bag with a card and a box in it.
hehee. i was soooooo touched. it was one of the item in my birthday list.
/me is a happy girl!
i laughed to myself and kept telling him that it is sooooo amazing. lol.
jody was puzzled as he couldn't figure out what was soooo amazing.
when i told him that i had something for him too, he was suprise.
when i flash his toy infront of him, he behave like a small kid who is sooooo excited about the new toy for 5 mins. hahaa.
hehee. that day is very special coz.... i secretly went to buy his present and he secretly went to buy my present. haha.

Yesterday, I attended my best blogmate’s solemnization and I have finally have a chance to meet up with ah pei or you might know her as xin ting!!
its her who motivate me to blog today. Lol.
we were talking about this blogmate of ours who has not been updating so frequently.
then.... I realise, I have also not been updating as hard core as I used to do. Lol.

Its really nice to see anne settled down.
I am really very very happy for her.
though we are not very close, but knowing about her past makes me felt happy that she has found herself a husband who can shower her who love and care.
life is short, in such a BIG world, it’s a blessing if you can get to build a family with a special someone who was once a stranger in your life.

Anyway, cheers to the newly weds and its really great to see ah pei and some of the other blogmates.
my sincered apologies to Wendy and Apil for not speaking much to them. Hehe.
shy la... Dunno what to say..
as for ah pei... got much more to talk about coz we (anne + pei) always gossip on msn. Hahaa.

okie... this post if going to be quite wordy coz i have not uploaded any pictures.

MAY 26: BBQ Gathering with the poly mates.
As usual.... lots and lots of food to eat!
its sooooo yummylicious!

JUNE 9: Went for movie with the yoz + kiangz and bonz + calz.
we caught the Men in White at The Cathay!
Its a funny show.
Not worth to watch in cinema but worth to watch if you are feeling bored. hehe.
after the movie.... we went to holland v. for coffee with bonz + calz.
chit chat at TCC and left for the day by 1am.

JUNE 10: Went to The MINT Muesuem with the bonz + calz.
it cost us 10 bucks.
there are a totoal of 5 levels of exhibits.
so.... we are paying 2 bucks per level.
after looking at the toys..... we headed to central.
the new shopping mall in clarke quay.
walk around, had dinner and headed back home.

JUNE 14-16: Went to Desaru with my godma, the kids and some relatives.
the trip was dissapointing.
we stayed at The Pulai Desaru Beach Resort.
It is suppose to be the best resort in Desaru but its not as good as what i have expected.
the food... not bery nice lor...
the service... oki la.. ppl there quite friendly.
best is... rental of mahjong is free of charge la. lol.
initially we think that we were quite sway la... but.... end up...
we know that it is the driver who is sway.
in the noon when he fetch us, the mini bus broke down...
then... in the evening when he fetch us again, the min bus ran out of petrol *faintz*
anyway... the trip was okie la.
we swim, we tanned, we visited farm, we bought many many mangoes!
just me and my big sister alone, we bought 10kg of mangoes! hahaa.
oh yeah... we also played banana boat and jet ski!
i bet the kids must have love the ride on the jet ski with my boyfriend.
he made the kids go bonus by making them scream and yell like nuts. lol.
well... this will be our first trip there and also the last trip. hehee.

JUNE 20-23: Went to Bangkok with my sisters and brother-in-law!
my 2nd sis and i took the earliest flight to bangkok.
its my first ride on the jet star air bus.
service there is good but the cabin crew who serve us on the flight back was rude.
we got there around 8.40am (bangkok time)
took a cab to the hotel and got checked into the hotel by 9.30am.
the front office staff, beer, attended to us.
the way he spoke to us, makes us feel at home! hehe.
we had a welcome fruit + chocolate platter.
relax for a while and we took a cab to the platinum mall!
Aor was the concierge staff who help us to get a cab.
she and beer are the ones who had dazzle me!
both are friendly and helpful!
my sister and i had egg omelette, best nest soup and shark fin soup for breakfast. hehe.
our bird nest soup was free coz... they forget to charge us. lol.
the meal was cheap. best nest soup 50baht, shark fin 150bhat and egg omelette 70bhat.
its onli like less than 20SGD.
walk around the mall the entire day-noon.
as it is a whole sale cneter.. we need to get at least 2 or 3 items to get cheap rates.
this is the first time i walk till my leg felt super duper tired.
from 9plus in the morning, we walk till about 3plus in the afternoon. just latinum mall.
after platinum mall, we walk over to the shopping complex opposite it, then followed by platinum complex, followed by Big C then to Central World (the old world trade centre)

by 8pm, my big sister and brother-in-law arrive.
we went for dinner in this shang hai chinese restaurant and walk around central world.
the mall closes by 10pm and we head back to our hotel.
walk along the street near our hotel.
stuff there are cheap but still not as cheap as what i've got from platinum mall.
overall... i think platinum mall is the cheapest mall to shop in.

2nd day, we headed back to platinum mall again as my big sister have not been there.
as usual, we had shark fin soup and best nest soup.
nice nice! i like! i don't mind having shark fin soup for the rest of the meal! :P
shop around for a while and we walk over to MBK.
we had steamboat for lunch! i think its call MK. quite well known in bkk.
i've spent a bomb in MBK. got myself new DS catridge.
cost me 2300baht (about 115baht).
i had a total of 22 games in one catridge.
so... its quite worth buying.
after MBK, we walk over to Siam Paragon.
we had i-berry! home made ice cream.
i love the waffle (they call it turnip). its really soft but its bery crunchy.
shop around the supermarket and headed back to the hotel.
we had keyaki for dinner.
i love the beef shabu shabu and my garlic rice!
its superb! but my big sister said that he jap. porridge is nicer. lol.
dinner is expensive. cost us about 3600bhat.
but after all the discount, its only less than 100SGD for the 4 of us!
you won't be able to get such cheap price for the keyaki in singapore.

3rd day. we went over to central world again.
the mall were not open when we got there at 9plus in the morning.
it only opens at 10am.
so... we walk over to erawan shrine to pray.
hang around big c then finally, we got into Central World.
we had breakfast at the food court. our breakfast in a "marche" style food court cost us less then 10 bucks. lol.
from central world, we walk over to siam paragon again.
then... we headed back to the hotel and went for massage at body tune. hehee.
it was a relaxing one. how i wish i can have massage everyday!

it was raining by the time our massage ended.
we took a cab and head to the chinatown.
food in chinatown is even cheaper!
we had sharkfin, best nest, steam fish, super duper big head prawns, fried rice, noodle, vegetables, and many more.
its only 1800bhat. lol.
went across the street to buy some goodies.
goodies are expensive. lol. i spent about 60SGD on goodies alone.

4th day. we went back to platinum mall again.
shop around. basically i was trying to get more stuff for my mum.
as i ran out of cash, i need to change another 100SGD (about 2000+ baht)
money goes out super quickly.
in less than 1 hour, i am only left with 100baht. lol.
not even enough for me to catch a cab to the air port. haha.
by 11.30am, my 2nd sister and i rush over to siam paragon.
my big sister and brother-in-law were already doing their mani/pedi.
we are really lucky to rush there on time. hehe.
had my pedi done and off went to the hotel for lunch!
lunch was even cheaper.
all you can eat dim dum lunch at hai tien lo.
cost us 400baht per person. we paid additional 100baht for the shark fin soup.
food is good but my sister still prefer keyaki.

by 3.30pm, we check out of the hotel and bid good by to bangkok.
landed at 9.30pm (singapore time), went for dinner at changi v. and headed back home.

its my first trip to bangkok and i would love to visit the country again.
shark fin soup, i'll be back!!!! :P

Party non-stop in KL

on the first week of May, we drove up to KL again.
This time.... our trip there is to celebrate the old folks birthday, dine at uncle peter's restaurant and party!
the night before we left for KL, myself, jody and jac caught the 1am spiderman.
got home around 4 am, pack our bag, slept and we woke up at 8am. *faintz*

we left home early in the morning around 9 plus and we got there in the afternoon around 3....

first night was a mile party.
ktv session with jody, jolene jie jie and karen.
though karen lost her voice due to those super sweet mangoes, she still sang along with us. hehee.
we learn a new "song"... erm... phrase that night. hehe
"hey hey you you, i don't like your girlfriend!"
lol. throughout our KL trip, this is the "song" which we kept singing.
the ktv was suppose to be till 3am. but all of us bua tahan liao. hahaa.
left at 2am and were suppose to wake up at 10am.
but.... time simply flies all the way till 12pm. hahaa

got to the 茶餐厅 (HK restaurant) at 1pm.
by 1pm, pearly was already on her way to KL. lol.
she touch down in SG from frankfurt around 6am.... by 10 plus in the morning, she was already on her way to KL!
after lunch, we shop around sungei wang.
jolene jj and i went for mani/pedi while jody and karen went to shop around.
after that.... karen and i went to shop around while the siblings went to do their "own" stuff. lol.

kian san gor gor touch down from vietnam around 7pm. we were suppose to fetch him from some train station. but...
due to the traffic jam, we met him at uncle peter's restaurant instead.
pearly and her friend had dinner with us as well.
great to see her in KL with us. hehee.
we had a superb dinner!
mushroom soup, bake oyster, bake escargot, grill lamb, lime sorbet... yummy!
its soooooo delicious that i can still rememeber how it taste like!

after dinner, we went back home, showered and head down to the ascott to meet pearly.
then.... we headed down to KL zouk!
chill in valvet. the music was quite disappointing.
SG Zouk is still better.
as usual, drink, drank, drunk la.
my bf's birthday again lo. hehee.

on the third day, we went had nasi lemak for brunch at Sakura in Jalan Imbi.
Shiok! Its only my second visit there but i love it man!
shop around Bejaya Time Square then headed back home around 4pm as we had to attend the birthday dinner.

met the other relative at the dinner.
glad to see aunty alice putting on weight! baby boy will be arriving in september!
though she wanted a girl but adrian who is 10 this yr, prefers to have a baby brother. hahaa.
as it was the grandparents birthday, we had a private room with karaoke to ourselves.
the food is good but its just too much for us. haha
it was my first time eating snow crab. the meat is soooooo sweet! i love it! yummy!!
we had sooooo many food till i can't remember what we had. haha.
i only remember the snow crab, sucking pig and the ee fu noddle which everyone MUST eat! :P
its really nice to catch up with the rest of the family. they are fun to be around with.

3 of their guy friend were suppose arrive in KL around noon.
but... they decided not to come due to duno what reasons la...
so they went for a swim in the noon, followed by gym.
they felt bored in the evening... and they decided to party with us in KL. lol.
sot sot man! duno is super sot or super good buddy. lol.
they left SG around 8pm and by 12mn, we met them at the entrance of zouk. lol.
real chiongster sia. come all the way down just to party for a few hours with us. lol.
anyway its nice to see out fellow singaporeans in KL too. hehe.
the more the merrier!

we headed to borshch at serangoon garden.
i simply can't believe it.

lots of ppl prawning and lo-kao~ fishing. hehee.
looks quite fun but i guess the prawns there are quite smart. hehee.

yeah.... back to my 21st birthday. hehee.

i set new record. hehee.

6) lo hei on the 4th day of new year with the ladies from kawaii nails
7) lo hei on the 8th day of new year with my poly mates
8) lo hei on the 9th day of new year with jody's godma and family
9) lo hei on the 10th day of new year with my sales managers and co-ordinators
10) lo hei on the 11th day of new year during our corporate/mice luncheon in our hotel

yes... greddy me. i love to eating lo hei and i love to lo!
i shall lo one more time tomorrow!

this year, lunar new year is quite special to me.
coz... i contribute to the community :P
first and the most meaningful experience of being a banquet waitress, serving a 8 course lunch. hehe.
i did waitering once before....
but... that was just cocktail waitering for the opening of our national museum.

last thur, i was proud to be of service to a group of old folks whom our hotel hosted them for new year luncheon.
we thought we only need to do ushering... but we were shocked to know that we are suppose to serve an 8 course lunch.
i was more shock when i saw the back area of the ballroom being filled with associates from the management team!
seeing all the old folks waiting happily and patiently for the lunch to start, its worth for me to be of their service.
many things ran through my mind in that few hours.
i was nervous as i had never work as a banquet waitress before.
but... i had confidence that i will do it well and i know it will be fun!
i will put in 100% of effort to serve the old folks.

the old folks are very nice and polite.
they said thank you sooo many times and they never complain of my slow service. hehe.
spending 2 hours with them, i have notice a few things....
one grandmother on my table doze off to sleep half way through...
one grandfather cannot eat chicken hence i gave him alot of vegetables. haha.
another grandfather never spoke a word. he communicated with me by using hand gesture.
i also take note of the languages they speak hence i know who i could speak hokkien with and who i can speak cantonese with.
with some help from my other associates, i completed serving the 8 course lunch!
that sense of achievement was satisfying. hahahaa.

when it was about time to go home....
my heart felt soooo happy to hear the old folks giving us a round of applause.
we ushered them out to the drive way.
they say bye to us, happy new year to us, thank you to us, sooooo many many things to us which made my day. hehe.

next would be the teddy bank charity.
i have already paid 10 bucks for the teddy bank. lol.
i shall go and find some kind souls to fill up the teddy bank :P

anyway... tonight will be going to singtel.
its christopher's 21st birthday!
and i have made it a memorable one for him coz......
I FORGET TO ORDER HIS 4 KG BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE!
hehe.. so... wad i did was....

2 week ago, i was in KL.
it was a short holiday for me.
on wednesday morning, we drove up to KL.
after dinner, we hit straight to "our" club in KL :P

Yup. my very first visit to Zouk KL!
karen, jody and i went clubbing while jordan stayed at home :P
the drink were super cheap!
i can't really remember the price, but i think Lambo is 25RM and 2 shots of illusion is 18RM.
as ususal, my bf can never leave the club without a Lambo.
as we got a little bored, the 2 of them played some cigar game which i find is equally boring. lol.
zouk kl's mambo is a little different from our.
they hold it in valvet underground and it will only be in the main room on every 1st and last wednesday of the month.
the music is not as nice as our
i felt that our mambo jambo dj spins better song! :P

just before we left the club, i grab a few sticks of "lok lok" by the road side.
its soooooo "hk". lol.
lok lok = our steamboat. but its food on satay sticks and you need to share the hot pot :P
i had soooo much fun cooking it!
we can hardly get this kind of "feeling" in sg!
so cool!
after lok lok, we wanted to go sakura for nasi lemak.
it was closed. so, we had taiwanese porridge!

the next day, we drove up to sunway.
brought the 2 little kids, jordan and jody's cousin, amada, to ice skate.
it was fun initally, but i started to get bored coz my mind was "shopping, shopping, shopping!"

after ice skating, we went over to popo house for dinner.
it was a family gathering.

the following day, we went to sungei wang.
i love the place. its sooooo far east.

after shopping at sungei wang, we drove down to PJ for salted egg crab!
shiok! super nice!
but the jam there was even nicer.
we leave sungei wang at 4.20pm and we reach the restaurant at 7pm.
after dinner, we went ktv!
shiok. the price was cheap. it includes supper as well.
around 2am, we picked up jody's dad.
we had taiwanese porridge for supper again.
when we went back to karen's place... it was close to 3 am.
they went out for 2nd round of supper as karen's dad was hungry.
i happily went to wonderland to look for my white horse prince. hehe.

we went back to sungei wang again the next day.
but.... before that, we had lunch at sakura as karen keep mentioning that the nasi lemak is superb!
the food is good but i find that its a little expensive to pay that kind of price for nasi lemak.
didn't get to shop much as sungei wang was soooo crowded on sat.
wanted to look for christmas present but couldn't get for everyone.

after sugei wang, we went to uncle peter's restaurant for dinner.
the food is great!
i love the lamb chop.
it fantastic!
the place was suppose to have a nice view as its call "de view"
but... every since the build the convention centre, the view was gone.
anyway, the are going to take back the land.
next year, uncle peter will move to another area.
if i am not wrong, he is shifting jalan ampang area.
i simply can't wait to dine at his new restaurant!

and we are all soooo glad that karen look soooooo slim and pretty now!

soooo many programs line up.

wow wow wow.
i almost forget about blogging :P

life has been soooo busy ever since i started working.
people ask me why am i soooooo busy.
my reply was...
i really duno.
basically, i wake up at 6.30am.
start work at 8.30am.
work all the way till 6pm.
followed by dinner at home or outside till 8pm.
then... i would be in bed by 11pm.
so..... life is kinda boring!

anyway, here is a little update.
i had a long weekend!
karen, jody's cousin and her family are in town.
hence, our weekend was more or less reserve for her.

after work on friday, i went over to jody's place for steamboat!
followed by clubbing session with my sgers, karen, jody, jody's sister and jody's sister's friends!
it was fun.
i'm just sooo glad that everyone had enjoy themselves!
and i'm very very glad that my bf was the birthday boy again :P
he and karen was super duper high after their lambo.
the people who survived are my sgers, myself, and jolene jie jie.
the people who nearly KOed is karen and kian san gor gor.
and the person who KOed is.... needless to say... my beloved bf. lol.

sat, i had a party at my home!
hehe. its was birthday party for my 3 girls, yoyo, minmin and jojo.
i hope they had fun and hope they like the presents!
though teng, shan and i cook soooo hard, i just feel soooo proud of ourselves :P
we made the food looks soooooo fantastic.
and of coz... it taste really awesome!

in the evening, i went for baby shower.
was suppose to attend mei ching's party but mr jody sng need to attend his family gathering....
hence, i was unable to attend mei ching's party.
after he pick me up, we went for ktv session with his family!
it was sooo fun after all the old folks have left :P
we sing, we dance and we go crazy :P
left ktv at 2am and we headed to seletar dam!
i can see that karen really love the place. hehe.
too bad there are no race in seletar dam.
if not, we sill be able to have...
the fast and furious, seletar dam. lol

sun, it was shopping day!
how i wish karen can stay longer in singapore!
the longer she stay, the better it will be coz my bf will not nag and nag when i move from one shop to another!
we brought her to places where youngster in singapore go to!
we went to parco, icon, bugis street and far east plaza.
she really love all those small shops.
an eye opening for her.
had dinner at cafe cartel, ice cream session then we headed back home for vcd marathon.
as usual, i watch till i fell asleep :P

monday i brought karen out for shopping.
we watch vcd at home then we head back to far east plaza.
oh yeah.. we are sooo hiao. :P
we took sooo many pictures!
i am sooo glad that i've found another photo freak!
had dinner at ivins with jody's family.
then we headed off for prawning with ebon and her dear dear! :P
we drove all the way there but didnt prawn becoz it is toooo crowded.
went for shisha instead :P

i finally bought a dress for my freddy's wedding.
i'm soooo happy coz i love the dress alot!
many thanks to him for the soooooo "early" and sooo shocking notice.
jody and i will be the MC for his wedding.
how nice would it be for me to speak in not soooo proper mandarin.
haiz. kindly kan jiong.
hopefully the both of us will look pro and will turn out pro on his wedding. lol.

tuesday is the day which karen left for kl.
miss her soooo much man.
just cant wait for her to come back again.
went to town to get kian san gor gor birthday present.
then we headed off to their place.
had western food.
it was great!

as for wednesday...
its back to the office.
here i am blogging away.

IMF is finally over!
roads are all open and security is no longer so tight.

during that 10 days, walking into the hotel is so troublesome.
one beep sound, you'll attract attention.
actually it reminds me of the "sars period"
everyone was soooooo frighten that something bad might happen.

from what i heard no the morning jam (power 98)
hossan said that the security needs to be sooooo tight is because singapore cannot lose what we have archive.
its really true.
though we are small, we are strong.
i'm proud to say that we are the first to fight sars and i'm proud to say that singapore has really develop a lot in just 10 years.

alright. i shall stop here.
it sounds sooooo not me. :P
i hardly blog about all these stuff.
anyway, congrats to singapore for the success of this mega event!

didn't have any celebration this year.
infact, i didn't even have any birthday cake.

attended jolene jie jie and kian san gor gor's wedding last sat.
it is really nice to see all the relatives who came down from KL.
anyway, the wedding was fun.
we had a great time :)

it was a real torturing morning for the groom and his buddy.
as they have offended the aunties in the morning, they got punished till real jia lat jia lat. hehe.
after the boys finish their morning exercise, we attended the church ceremony.
i love to hear the bell ring.
it sounds soooooo wonderful.
in my naive world... bell rings = someone get married = happily ever after. lol.
we had a fantastic dinner at the oriental hotel.
the food is really really good!
during the cocktail reception, the guest had already finish more than 80 bottles of wine. lol.
anyway, we had something new.
its something which you don't get to see in most wedding.
well, the bride and the groom did not march into the ballroom together.
yup. the bride and the groom walked into the ballroom from different directions.
its actually quite unique. hehe.
cool! i've learn something fresh. :P

oh yeah.. that day wasn't my bf's birthday.
but, it was my bf's wedding as well :P
yup. it was his wedding without a bride. :P
hehe. sounds a little chim but no worries.
will explain to you if i have time. lol.
i guess only sgers understands. hehe.
anyway, the heroine walked to marina square's car park alone, drove the car back to the hotel and sent 3 drunkard back home safely.
i'm glad they are still able to walk back home.
if not.... i'll really kick them off the car and throw them on the street :D

i didn't bring my camera so i didn't snap much pictures throughout the day.
but, i have some pictures which were taken on monday with karen and the kids.
and also not forgetting the beautiful indoor and outdoor photo shoot.
